Resolved – Linux18 Network Incident
Update:
The migration of Linux18 to a new data center has been completed successfully.
Following a prolonged large-scale DDoS attack that impacted network stability at the previous location, we made the decision to migrate all services to a new data center to restore reliability and improve overall service availability.
New Server IP: 205.209.126.98
All customer data was preserved throughout the migration process, and no data loss occurred.
Services are now online and operating from the new infrastructure. Customers using custom DNS records, firewall rules, or external integrations should update any references to the previous server IP.
We apologize for the disruption and appreciate your patience while our team worked to resolve this issue.

Network Issue – Linux18
Update (June 6 – 8:00 PM IST):
The server Linux18 continues to experience a large-scale DDoS attack. To protect the overall network infrastructure, data center engineers have maintained a null route on the server.
Our team is currently migrating affected accounts to another data center. However, the null route has complicated parts of the migration process, including DirectAdmin licensing and connectivity requirements, resulting in delays beyond the original estimate.
We are working to resolve this situation as quickly as possible and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Please be assured that all customer data remains intact, and there is no risk of data loss.

Initial findings indicate that the issue was caused by a large-scale DDoS attack targeting the server. To protect the overall network infrastructure, the data center temporarily null-routed the server's main IP address.
